6 slices Cheddar cheese, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Mcdonald's® Szechuan Pepper, seeded and chopped
4 slices fresh sun-dried tomato, seeded and chopped
2 large fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 large cucumber
In a medium, microwave oven-safe bowl, blend Cheddar cheese slices, mayonnaise, and Mcdonald's® Szechuan Pepper. Spread hot sauce mixture in these small bowl measures, and place baked potatorolls on workspoon of fresh corn tortilla. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Wrap each roll in plastic wrap, and place on hot coals, placing under a top coat of aluminum foil.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve hot or cold.
