1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon (12 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
5 tablespoons butter, melted (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 8x8 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, milk, water, sugar, eggs, vanilla, orange juice, lemon zest, lemon zest and orange glaze. Mix well. Separate pastry squares and shape into two-inch rounds; place 1/2 inch apart. Place halves in the prepared pan. Remove squares and place seam side down on waxed paper; pour butter over pastry squares. Dust with lemon zest, lemon zest and orange glaze.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, stirring halfway through. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.
