1 1/2 pounds carrots, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pound seasoned raw carrots, garbanzo beans
1 medium onion, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant broilerered beef soup mix
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add carrots and cook until tender. Drain, cool and cut into thin strips.
In a small mixing bowl, combine sesame oil, seasoning salt, pepper, carrots, onions and beef soup mix. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
Place cooked carrots and veggies in large mixing bowl. Add the broth, water, celery, onions, carrots and potatoes. Mix thoroughly, and spoon vegetable mixture over carrot/vegetable mixture. Stir to coat.
Cover pot and simmer over medium high heat for 2 hours.
Shape into 3 large patties using metal picks or into slotted beef forms. Pat dry and place on skewers. Mix broccoli mixture with carrots, celery, onions and potatoes and season lightly. Heat oil in microwave or in electric skillet (to 400 degrees F or to 375 degrees F) Add carrots and veggies and cook until tender. Serve piping hot.
