These came out perfect. Like mad hens. Nobody thought these were spiced until someone else pointed them out. Just kind of zippy and hit the spot. <STOADy 1.0 This did not measure up to expectations. It was a bit runny. And kind of bland. But not sour. IMPORTANT: Before baking, thoroughly soak the beer in water to make it less carry weight.

I gave it 10 stars because it was very tasty but I would double the cream cheese and broth. it was very thin but still good.
