1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 ounce) can crab meat, drained
1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, milk, Worcestershire sauce, crab meat, cream of mushroom soup, chicken soup, Worcestershire sauce, and spinach. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Pour about 1/2 cup of the crab dip into the skillet and place the pan in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Return the crab dip to the oven, and add the spinach and mozzarella cheese. Bring to a boil and continue to cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
