3 (8 ounce) cans vanilla ice cream
3 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
1 pint vanilla flavored jell-o
In a saucepan, combine ice cream, sugar, milk, evaporated milk, gradually beat in the gelatin.
Pour the mixture into four plastic heavy-duty ziploc bags. Seal and drop them into a saucepan with ice cream, stirring occasionally until completely cool. Seal bag and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
