1 (1/2 cup butter or margarine) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
1 tablespoon dry white wine
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, water, mushrooms, cheese, and mixed vegetables. Mix well.
Spread mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
