Chocolate Mold Chocolate Loaf Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

2 cups butter, softened

3 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 teaspoons milk

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 cup milk

Directions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease and flour 5 round brotchips. Set aside.

In a large glass or metal mixing bowl, beat eggs and 1/2 cup brown sugar until frothy. beat in 3 tablespoons milk and sugar, then stir in milk, immediately after adding both items. Fold the whipped cream into the batter mixture until no streaks remain. Fill one of the cake pans with the filling mixture.

Place the vanilla and 3 teaspoons milk into the chilled oven. Place the remaining 1 1/2 cup brown sugar in the center of the prepared pan. Pour chocolate over the crust.

Bake at 450 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 1 hour and 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove pan from oven and brush with remaining 2 tablespoon milk. Let cool on rack set 90 minutes in the pan. Frost with chocolate glaze. Chill at least 4 hours before scrapping and using chocolate glaze.
