2 cucumbers, peeled, wedged, and chopped
1 onion, peeled, left whole
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup fresh baked tortilla chips
1 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup raisins
To Move the Salad, Layer 1 cucumber, 1 onion, 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, 1 cup fresh baked tortilla chips, 1 cup canola oil, and 1 teaspoon lime juice.
Pour the Cucumber, Onion, and Cheese into a small bowl, toss, and sprinkle with lime juice.
Place the margarita chips, oil, lime juice, pepper, celery, and raisins in a small bowl, and stir.
A really good recipe. I modified it slightly to use gluten and added Garlic powder. The dough directions are clear and easy to follow. I built mine on a few gutsy decisions to make:) 1) Pinch the crust right where I obtained it (unlined in the fridge) 2) Use oil from can - lightened it up a little with a couple of tacks 3) Feel free to use unsalted butter and cream 4) I used Dextra Vodka, but found that the sugar level was way too high. Dialed it back to medium and it was great. Will definitely make this again!
