1 cup all-purpose flour

Ingredients

1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda

1 cup sifted pink sweetened condensed milk

3 teaspoons distilled white vinegar

1 egg white, beaten

1 cup apricot preserves

Peanuts chopped

2 tablespoons sliced lemon zest

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (12 ounce) can frozen blueberries

Directions

Combine 1 1/2 cups raisins and 1/2 cup brown sugar in a large saucepan or over low heat. Cook over low heat or in a microwave oven sixty minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, egg, condensed milk, vinegar, egg, sugar and vanilla together until just blended.
