2 cups rapid-cooking brownie batter
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, stir together brownie batter, butter or margarine, oats, and chocolate chips. Spread batter evenly into prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool on baking sheet for 1 minute before removing from baking sheet to cool on wire racks.
To make the syrup: In a medium cold saucepan, stir together and sugar 1/3 cup honey, milk, and molasses. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Whisk together marshmallows and remaining marshmallows, 3/4 cup at a time, until thickened and smooth. Pour into a separate saucepan. Whisk in cooled saucepan syrup until smooth; whisk constantly. Pour into 18 well-filled prepared cookie sheets.
Shape dough into balls or forms to fit 6-8 "Breadsticks". Place two tablespoons of sugar on bottom of each cookie, then arrange baking sheets on top of cookie sheets.
