1 recipe pastry for a 9 pound tart stone tart
1 (15 ounce) can red beans, rinsed
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup white rice
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish or roasting pan.
Layer orange pie filling on top of red bean layer. Cream the butter/ margarine and milk in a small saucepan over low heat. Add flour and stir constantly until smooth, about 3 minutes. Remove lumps from creamed butter mixture and grease a large nonstick baking dish. Arrange red bean mixture on top of cream filling in prepared roasting pan.
Bake in preheated oven until golden, about 30 minutes.
