5 plain chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 recipe pastry for tart cookie
1 cookie
8 graham crackers
1/4 cup chocolate-coated chocolate
1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
In a medium bowl, stir together the chocolate, milk, cream cheese, sugar and egg until smooth. Spread over graham crackers and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Top pastry with buttercream, caramel icing or anything you like. Chill before cutting into squares.
