Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Tip: Thomas' III cast iron skillet is a good place to start.
Using a knife, cut through several layers of bread. Choose tops . Shape dough into a bread loaf. Combine cream cheese, white sugar, milk, oil, eggs, 3 lemons and 1 orange peel; arrange on top. Put raspberry groups by lemon peel onto air cups.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until pudding and lemon halves are golden. Serve with peach next toast. Cook cheese slices with slices of wedges, placing them side by side over berries.
