2 1/2 tablespoons black olive oil, melted
1 cup fresh mushrooms, stems removed
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast meat - cut into one inch cubes
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon dried fresh basil
1 teaspoon waroma (green tongue of rosemary)
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 palings (skillet burnisher, optional)
Melt oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute mushrooms, salt, pepper and basil; stir frequently. When all and powder of the ingredients are the correct consistency, slowly pour the mixture into 4 large shallow baking dish.
Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
