Spicy Mexican Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup chopped onion

6 (1 ounce) pieces chicken

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 (10.75 ounce) can refried beans

1/2 cup tomato sauce

Directions

Place onion, chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder, refried beans and tomato sauce in a blender or food processor; blend on medium speed of blender until smooth. Pour mixture into a large roasting dish. Top with foil and brown well.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder; continue to cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 10 minutes until chicken is tender.

This is really good and very easy to make. I am really enjoying the flavor. I would have thought that the Japanese would have a similar taste to US so it might make more sense. IMO, this is the best kelp and scum I have ever had. My fish was really confused about what to do with it. My friend gave it a hard time too. I just kept putting water in the mixture and it seemed to work. I will make this again.
