1 fluid ounce citrus marinade (carbonated soda pop, fruit flavored liqueurs, lemon-lime flavored sweetener, orange juice)
2 fluid ounces pineapple juice
1 1/2 fluid ounces maraschino cherry liqueur
2 fluid ounces pineapple sherbet
In a small container, combine citrus marinade, lemon-lime flavored sweetener, orange juice, pineapple sherbet, lemon zest and orange zest. Shake vigorously and pour in 1/2 cup of grapefruit juice. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before using on any species of fish.
