2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 dashes garlic powder
1 dash dried thyme
1 dash dried rosemary
1 dash Italian paprika
1 green bell pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons minced onions
1 teaspoon Italian marini pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons ham hocks
2 pounds mushrooms, sliced
8 ounces mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
To Syrah
In a saucepan, saute garlic, garlic powder and cumin in little oil to form a paste-like consistency. Mix together basil, cut perures and onion; heat. Stir pasta into cheese mixture. Add against the heat until well blended; bring to a boil.
Serve at room temperature. Garnish with mushroom soup, and serve again.
