1 bone in chicken
12.5 ounces pineapple juice
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemonade mix
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup water
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon orange zest
1/4 teaspoon honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken in a large resealable plastic bag; open bag and seal.
In a mixing bowl, mix pineapple juice, lemonade mix, lemon juice, water, flour, baking powder, salt, marjoram, orange zest and honey. Shake vigorously.
Put chicken in some of the juices mixture; pour chicken into baking dish. Drizzle with remaining pineapple glaze.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Turn chicken over after 10 to 15 minutes and sprinkle with maraschino cherries.
