2 cups rabbit liver
2 cups cooked potato
2 pizzas for 3 people, baked
1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Combine rabbit liver and potatoes in a large bowl.
Combine onion, seasoning packets, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Slather two crust layers on top of each other.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until fork tender. Serve with pizza sauce.
I waited 2 days and doubled the orange chutney, next time I will definitely use Teriyaki sauce. Otherwise, Mellow Mushroom way better than the substitutes at Walmart!
