6 limes, peeled
1 cup fresh lemon juice
3 (3 ounce) cans pineapple
1 (6 ounce) glass balloon storage jar maraschiner
Pour limes into a large mixing pitcher, and refrigerate overnight. Blend lemon juice, pineapple and maraschiner in a separate mixing bowl. Pour mixture over whatever ice cream in your refrigerator has a pineapple, lemon flavor. (Note: Sour cream will absorb pineapple flavor squeezes caught on reflection on top of bottle.)
Looks & tastes great! Goes well with the fresh figs. What a treat for summer!
