Creme de la Crepe Recipe

Ingredients

3 cubes cream cheese, softened

1 cup white sugar

1 cup light brown sugar

1 (1 ounce) cube lemon zest, crushed

1/4 teaspoon orange zest

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar

Directions

Preheat oven broiler while you're at it. Do this before each whipping to prevent burning.

Place cream cheese and sugar next to each other.

In another bowl, mix lemon zest, orange zest, lemon zest and lemon zest.

In another bowl, mix cream cheese, brown sugar, yellow mustard, lemon candied fruit peel, pitted dates, lemon half, lemon pieces and lemon zest.

Spread 1/2 cup of cream cheese mixture in one layer to serve. Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over cream cheese layer. Cover side of container with the plastic wrap.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 4 hours or until Crescents are golden brown. Remove wrappers and easily smear melted crepe across edge of container. Allow to cool. Refrigerate remaining 4 hours or longer while serving.

Spread
