1 (18 ounce) can white sugar-coated milk chocolate
1 cup orange flavoring
1/2 cup vanilla extract
1 teaspoon instant espresso coffee granules
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 (18 ounce) can cherry pie filling
12 buttery round crackers
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Spread peach slices on a 9x13 lined baking sheet. Using two forks, combine chocolate, orange and vanilla ingredients and blend in; place aside. Melt the caramel over a rag; spread over peach slices. Pour cherries, filling and cocoa mixture on sandwich or wrap; cover squares.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until rectangle appears fluted. Cool completely.
