1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate
1 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons butter
2 (3 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
In a large bowl, mix cocoa and sugar. Mix in butter and pudding mix. Mix in milk and orange juice. Stir until well blended. Pour mixture into prepared muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until tops of muffins are golden brown. Cool slightly before removing from pan. Serve warm or cold.
