1 chicken breast
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place chicken breast in a pressure cooker. Place pressure cooker on medium-low heat; add water to pressure cooker to cover.
Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 hours. Drain chicken and shred. Mix in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, oregano, basil, marjoram, rosemary, sage, and liquid smoke. Pour mixture over chicken.
Cover with aluminum foil and cook an additional 30 minutes.
