1 (16 ounce) package lemon Jell-O
2 (3 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding mix
2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
4 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage, chilled
In a small saucepan, combine lemon gelatin, lemon pudding mix and lemon-lime soda; stir until gelatin dissolves. Pour over lemon cake. Chill until set in center of pan.
Store lemon pie in refrigerator or freezer up to one hour.
