1 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 dash onion powder
1 dash dried myrrh
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound cheese - cut into 1 inch cubes
In a medium bowl, blend vinegar, salt, whiskey, garlic powder, onion salt, garlic powder, onion salt, garlic powder, myrrh, basil and salt. Mix well and refrigerate at least two hours.
Heat 2 tablespoons of the olive oil in a large skillet or griddle over medium high heat. Saute the cheese cubes in olive oil for 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Transfer the cooked cheese to a large serving serving dish and serve immediately.
