1/2 cup butter, softened
1 onion, chopped
1 (14 ounce) can sliced ripe bananas
1 cup chopped green olives
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Heat butter in a large skillet over low heat. Stir in onion and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in bananas and green olives and cook for 1 minute. Pour in juice into skillet and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Serve hot.
