1 (12 ounce) package Nacho Cheese Dip
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups diced tomatoes
4 teaspoons onion powder
4 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread 1/2 cup shredded cheese over bottom of 7-inch-square baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 22 minutes, or until lightly browned. Chill cheese while serving.
Stir Cheddar cheese, tomato juice, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, oregano, basil and tortilla chips into 9-inch skillet; pour over bottom of prepared baking dish; bake for 10 minutes.
