Candy Bar Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) pie crust

2 (3 ounce) packages gelatin

1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (8 ounce) can maraschino cherries, drained

1 1/2 cups sweetened whipping cream

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup white sugar

Directions

In a large bowl, beat gelatin with boiling water until gelatin is completely dissolved.

In a small bowl, whip whipping cream until light and fluffy. Stir into whipped cream and gelatin mixture. Fold in whipped cream mixture. Fold in cherries and 2 more packages of vanilla pudding. Refrigerate at least 4 hours to allow gelatin to set up.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread 1 cup whipped cream onto bottom and sides of pie crust. Place cherries on top of pie. Spread remaining whipped cream on top of pie.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until pie crust is golden brown.
