1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
1 (12 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
3 (10 ounce) cans pineapple chunks with juice
1 cup chopped green bell peppers
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (1 ounce) package instant Mexican-style pizza sauce mix
Preheat oven on broiler setting.
Mix together the cream cheese and diced cheese. Separate squares of the pizza dough into 12 rounds, wrap each round in little green paper towels. Place the cream cheese mixture in a shallow dish or bowl lined with a thin sheet of waxed paper. Spoon some pineapple mixture into each square of dough. Place green pepper and mozzarella cheese in small plastic bag. Pack cream cheese mixture, pineapple mixture and soda mix in palm of hand. Seal edges of parchment to seal about 1/4 inch over the cream cheese mixture.
Place cream cheese mixture on space-age (sleek) pizza ring for limited use. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares or pieces.
