3 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
5 tablespoons fruit preserves
4 slices bacon
In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
To the egg mixture add flour, lemon juice, oil, preserves and bacon strips. Fold over and pour mixture into a 9x13 inch dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, until cooked through.
