6 eggs
6 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 cups egg white
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 cups white sugar
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/3 cups vegetable oil
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons white sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9- inch round baking pans.
In a large bowl, beat eggs, chocolate, egg white, chocolate and sugar. Stir flour into chocolate mixture and mix until well blended. Stir in peanut butter, pecans and walnuts.
In a small bowl, combine chocolate mixture and oil; mix well. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting. Frost with chocolate glaze and nuts.
