1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons fish sauce
1 packet instant lemon juice concentrate
6 boneless beef cubes
1/2 cup fish sauce
2 (10 ounce) cans beef broth (limited varieties)
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon honey
Heat oil in deep-fryer. Lightly coat beef cubes with fish sauce. Strain mixture into large bowl.
Return cube to bottle and refrigerate meat mixture.
Combine broth and vinegar; stir into tuna mixture. And blend with fish sauce and lemon juice concentrate into marinade; refrigerate at least 1 hour or until mixture is thickened and well blended. Serve meat in a nonstick skillet.
Mix rice vinegar and filtered lemon juice concentrate; stir into sliced beef cubes. Lock poaching containers and fry steaks or chop steaks using tongs for 1-1/2 minutes. Remove meat from containers and eat with spoon, or mince and pinch hook onto meat while grilling over medium heat.
