4 ounces fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup minced onion
2 tablespoons red wine
1 cup minced celery
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried red chile pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
1 pound Swiss cheese
Stir mushrooms into oil, stirring constantly until evenly coated.
Heat olive oil in a medium bowl. Add onion and red wine; stir well; cook until onions are tender. Stir in celery, garlic powder, chile pepper, butter, spinach and cheese. Mix thoroughly.
