1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 lemon, chopped
2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (3 ounce) package instant corn syrup
1 packet instant orange flavored Jell-O mix
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant marshmallow creme
In a blender, combine orange juice concentrate, lemon zest and oil. Blend until smooth; pour into jars and chill for 24 hours. Remove lids from jars.
In a small mixing bowl, mix instant marshmallow creme and gelatin. Place on jars and chill for 24 hours. Refrigerate until serving time.
