Barbecue Ribs in the Park Recipe

Ingredients

1 packet dry barbeque sauce mix

1 packet dry mustard

1 packet dry horseradish

1 packet dry mustard

1 packet dry hot mustard

1 package dry corn mustard

Directions

In a mixing bowl, mix barbeque sauce, dry marinade, horseradish, dry horseradish, dry hot mustard and dry corn mustard. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

The next morning, preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.

Place the barbecue sauce mixture in the prepared grill pan. Cook and stir about 1 minute, allowing sauce to spread. Heat gently for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove the barbecue sauce mixture from the grill and let cool completely. Reserve 1/2 cup on the sides to keep the sides of the sandwich dry.

Slice the sandwich almost all of the way around the edges so that the sides are tinged with mustard. Place ribs on the side and brown to desired doneness.
