2 cups white cake mix
2 cups yellow cake mix
1/4 cup brandy
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cream of tartar
5 chocolate muffins
1/4 cup citrus juice
1 cup finely chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix cake mix, peach preserves, brandy, vanilla extract whipped cream, cream of tartar, chocolate muffins, citrus juice and chopped pecans. Roll the mixture into 8 balls and roll in pecans. Place 2. in the bottom of muffin cups with filling section in the center.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on racks.
