1 pound cheese enchiladas
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup milk
1 (16 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 small onion, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, sliced
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 2 (9 inch) round baking dish
In a large bowl, combine cheese enchiladas, green onions, milk, Cheddar cheese, tomato sauce, cream cheese, onion, cream cheese, sliced mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, sour cream and tomato sauce. Mix well and place into large baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and bubbly in center.
