2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 pound lean beef
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1/2 inch rounds
1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1/2 inch rounds
1 onion, chopped
1 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons sliced pepperjack cheese
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
To Marinate: Place cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, lettuce, beef, pepper, onions, tomato sauce, corn, tomatoes, mushrooms, pepperjack cheese, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Mix until well blended. (Note: Caramel Sauce is optional)
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
