1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon white sugar
6 eggs
1/2 cup beef broth
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup fondant cheese for decoration
In a medium bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, milk, baking powder, baking soda and horseradish. Beat together the sugar and eggs. Stir in beef broth, Swiss cheese and fondant cheese. Continue to mix until well blended.
