1 (28 ounce) can entire pineapple, drained and juiced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon orange juice
1 whole pineapple, peeled and sliced
In a medium saucepan, mix pineapple juice, lemon juice, orange juice, pineapple and orange slices. Bring to a boil, and remove from heat.
Stir pineapple juice mixture into pineapple mixture, whisking constantly until juice is thickened/combined with pineapple pieces. Pour into a second saucepan, add lemon juice and pineapple pieces, along with juice mixture. Cover, and simmer over high heat until mixture is thickened.
