2 mangoes
2 quarts beef peso soup mix
2 cups chopped onions
1 cup tomatoes with green chile mix
1 cup sour cream
1 pound taco-style burritos
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile pepper, drained
Peel the mango halves and peel the entire shape; place into a cocktail bowl, place on the stove and stir in the beef, onion, tomatoes with chilies and sour cream. Boil for 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve with tortilla chips and salsa.
