4 slices bacon
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
3 slices Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Heat the bacon grease in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon in grease until crisp. Drain grease, reserving 1 tablespoon grease for egg yolks.
In a mixing bowl combine the onion, green bell pepper, green pepper, spinach, cheese, celery, parsley, dill, green onions, apple cider vinegar and chicken. Mix thoroughly. Transfer mixture to a large, shallow pot, and cook over medium heat until bubbly and lightly browned.
