4 boneless, skinless pork chops
1 onion, peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch slices
1 bok choy sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
1 (16 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
1 (16 ounce) package dry corn bread mix
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Place pork chops in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly browned on both sides.
Place peppers in a large resealable plastic bag. Place onions and bok choy inside. Add sausage, corn bread mix, bread mix, and Worcestershire sauce. Seal bag and shake to coat. Transfer to a large plastic container.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 1 1 hour, turning once to coat.
