1 (18 ounce) can key lime flavored pineapple with juice
3 (6 ounce) packages white cake mix
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup key lime juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup water
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
Place one pineapple upside down, with the juice poured over it. Place frozen bananas over pineapple. Combine cake mix, water and key lime juice; stir well. Place pineapple and bananas over fruit in large bowl. Shape into 1 inch balls; roll in water and lime juice. Roll out pineapple; place on cookie sheets.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or cold.
