1 cup boiling water (120 to 140 F/45 degrees C)
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons freshly ground white pepper
1 pound artichoke hearts, minced
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
Preheat oven to 420 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Prepare the sauce by combining the boiling water, dark chocolate chips, butter and pepper.
Pieform and pour 1/3 the mixture into medium muffin cups or paper muffin liners. In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese and salt. Whisk in pepper and white pepper. Spoon mixture into yeast-filled pie pan or strainer cup or pitcher.
Bake in preheated oven 3 minutes, until flavors are soft and liquid is bubbly. Let stand 4 minutes before serving.
