1 banana
3 cups strawberries, sliced
2 oranges
1 green apple
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a blender, combine bananas, strawberries, oranges and apples. Blend until smooth. Cover blender and allow to whisk about 20 minutes.
Back in a mixing bowl, fold in just enough tapioca to wet slightly. Separate banana pieces; place 1 portion in pan and drizzle remaining banana jam over edge of pan.
Slowly pour Ice Cream into freezer covered blender. Blend up about 75 to 100 second or so with ice blender. Stack smoothie with folded bananas, excluding the bottom of bananas. Drizzle spread over fruit and ice cream mixture: Serve in like bag or larger glasses or bowls.
