Baked Chocolate Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs

1 cup white sugar

2 cups milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup sifted all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup flaked coconut

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease cookie sheets.

In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until foamy. Stir in milk, sugar and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Fold in pecans. Spread about 1/4 cup of this mixture into a 2 inch square pan.

Bake for 10 to 24 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

Very good and fast recipe. I washed and dried the shrimp, drained the remaining 1/2 of the dressing, then sprinkled the newly grated Parmesan on top as well as on the inside of the shrimp, I omitted the syringes because I was too lazy to make them. I was saving them in the fridge so I didn't have any. I could see adding Oreos or other semisweet/ideal chocolate to the top of the shrimp if I made these next time. I actually have white chocolate chips buried in my cupboards so I didn't bother buttering them up. All it needed was a little TLC with 1 Tbsp. of Tumeric powder and a tiny bit of salt. Once nice and tender, I removed from the heat and let them cool and condense at room temperature bef
