1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons water
4 teaspoons white sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 teaspoons cornstarch
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix sugar, cocoa, water, and sugar until well combined. Mix in baking soda. Pour mixture into a 9x5-inch baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until set. Turn cakes out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
